The Alliance For International Accreditation (AIA) provides an internationally aligned accreditation program for Personnel Certification Bodies organizations that assess and certify the competence of individuals against defined requirements.
Personnel certification helps create confidence that certified individuals have been evaluated through a fair, consistent, and evidence-based process. AIA accreditation strengthens that confidence by independently verifying that a certification body operates with the right competence, impartiality safeguards, and reliable decision-making.
Our accreditation scheme for personnel certification bodies is developed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024, which provides an internationally recognized benchmark for organizations that assess and certify personnel competence.
